QUALITY CONTROL

To ensure quality assurance in Merkad, all products are controlled by the independent quality control department with precise measuring instruments in all processes from raw material to final. Inspection equipment includes CMM all operated by highly qualified engineers and inspectors. We verify the first article conformance with environmentally controlled CMM inspection process and can be reported as our customer requires in an AS9102 formats. We consistently improve our inspection capabilities range from precision hand tools to advanced and automated inspection equipment.

CALIBRATION

All inspection equipment is calibrated in accordance with and traceable to the requirements of ISO 10012 Measurement management systems standard. Each Merkad gage is identified and tracked through calibration software called Inspection Manager. We consistently audit the master index of calibration records ensure all gages are accounted for, tested, and calibrated at all times
